Complete Structural Installation

My name is Wesley, and I am a military Veteran. I recently utilized my VA Home Loan Benefits to purchase a brand new home for me and my son. Typically, one would not anticipate having any foundation defects or waterproofing issues when purchasing a brand new home. However, this was not the case with us. We had major issues with our basement, every time that it rained. I decided to reach out to CSI for assistance. They came out to my home in Somerset, KY and thoroughly inspected my basement. After assessing what the problem was, they quoted me an exceptionally reasonable price, and within one week; my problem was solved. My home cracked and popped horribly even walking on my wood floors. After the issue of structural support columns not being effective, the crew came in and fixed the problem in on day. No more stuck doors or cracks so loud in the middle of the night it sounded like a gunshot. Beautiful job and great price.

I hired CSI to do waterproofing for my crawl space a few years ago. Excellent! I just hired them again to repair settling in my house. It is amazing how they fixed this problem! I will definitely use them again if needed and would recommend to anyone. Customer service is wonderful!! Keep up the great work BJ!

had significant water in well openings after heavy rain entering crawl space. suggested replacing gutters and adding covers over the well vents would help reduce amount of water in the well area.

I hired this company based on their suggestion and requested that the project get underway as soon as possible as I had wet basement and a continuing issue when it rains. I was told they are about 4 weeks out. When we were approaching 4 weeks I started making phone calls only to find out that the ASAP that was put on the contract meant that if a cancelation happens then I could be scheduled. Lesson learned should have asked more questions. After several calls and a few unreturned reply by the company, I was finally able to speak with someone and was able to this this project back on track. We agreed upon a date and the work was completed in 2 days. Zack and crew did a good job and kept me informed every step and allowed me to take pictures during each phase. My only recommendation is get a clear commitment to the start date. The project was completed, but I had to really get engaged and push, and so far everything is good and my finished basement has remained dry!

I was given sound advice on what they could and could not do for my drainage problem unlike a lot of other companies I contacted. The workers informed me and cleaned up after work was completed.

Was concerned a crack in my concrete foundation needed repair. BJ Denny came out, inspected, and explained how the crack doesn’t need repair now. That preventative measures need to be taken outside with my downspouts to keep water away from the foundation to prevent further erosion, thus further damage. Very pleased he didn’t try to overfix the damage, and he gave me a lot of advice for preventative measures. Very professional and trustworthy!

Slow to start work. Lost payment. Leak persists. Responded quickly to continued leaking and repaired drain insrillation.

I sought and hired them to level out the grade behind my home and deck and to install french draining along the same area. Be leery of signing their contract. It only showed installing the french drain with a barrell in ground, along with underground pipes for each downspout around my with cleanout caps. When he wrote it up and before signing it I said to him specifically that it did not contain anything about leveling the grade. He assured me that was part of the process and that it would be done. It was not. Also, the clean outs for the downspout pipes were installed about 1 inch below grade so mud creeps over them and the grass constantly grows over them, I am talking weekly in the rainy season. I contacted them to come back out and no one did until finally one day in 2017 or 2018 I got a call after I had left a review on a site where they were listed. The man came out and said nothing was wrong with the cleanouts and that they were installed the way they are supposed to be. I told him I know they belong at grade, but not below. He said I was incorrect. He also said that my contract did not contain anything about them grading/leveling the ground, so they would not be doing anything about that. Would I recommend them, absolutely not. BEWARE!

They had some trouble getting started due to vehicle issues on their end, but they were constantly in touch w/us. When they did come out to fix our foundation issues and put in the drain, they were very professional and gave extra at no extra charge. We would definitely recommend this company.

They took $1237.00 which is half the price but they can't do the job until March. It is a simple job. Meanwhile I have water going under my house. It's the wettest year on record in KY.
