His prices went up every time yet we used him because we did not know who else to call. His response time and answering his phone became worse and worse. When we needed him to actually repair a fan motor on our air conditioner after we bought a new house he promised he would come fix it, three days in extreme heat came and went and he never fixed it. We bought the part ($450) that he was supposed to put on and other companies/business will not install parts unless you buy from them, thus leaving us with a useless part. After the third day and after Billy Isaacs sent a text message not a phone call saying he could not come fix it, I voiced my frustration with him and his service which any consumer should be allowed to do. He then responded with a very unprofessional and threatening message (again not willing to call a customer). Do not use this man, his service is not worth the price you will pay and his response time is awful.
