Description of Work: Contracted with Mr. Marrs; doing business as All Weather Rooking Systems, in August 2014. Paid $2500 up front for roofing work. As of July 2016, work not completed. I demanded refund. Currently in litigation. Is not the first time for Mr. Marrs.
