3 day job at 10,000.00 turned into a 2 and 1/2 month nightmare. initial bid was under bid and initial job had to be totally removed except for the stairs and wall although due to poor work on the wall and inadaquate drive way access the wall had to be partially removed and still is not fixed. they were hard to get ahold of, but did return and jack hammered the poor concrete work and we paid for materials to have it redone. finish work was not completed. concrete was not removed and we had to remove it ourselves. Only after threatening a law suite did they even come back and redo the work that needed to be done and they all admitted that it was not done correctly the first time. There is water damage inside my house from rain water coming into the house after the first job. the concrete cracked on the side walk with in 3 weeks after it was poured. There was no gravel or under support put down on the first job. it would not have been done if we didnt get the gravel and make sure they used it on the second job. they damaged the siding on my house and flashing around doors. They ruined my back door by cutting it down so that it would open after the first pour. I still do not have my porch supports replaced and they pulled the porch roof out from the house when they tried to replace the porch posts. We had to get a dumpster and load all the concrete left behind on the drive way ourselves. My drive way has been ruined because of the weight of the concrete and concrete trucks. My front yard was rutted out by the concrete trucks and will have to be repaired. Finish work was non existent. We had to remove the forms and seal it ourselves after it set up. They dumped tons of concrete in the back of my yard that still needs to be cleaned up. They came back and retrieved their wheelbarrows and tools while no one was here to avoid seeing us.
