They wanted to charge an extra $10 to wipe off the light bulbs over the bathroom sink. They also left a large stain on the living room carpet that been steam cleaned about a month ago. When my Mother called the owner to ask about the stain, she had to leave a message and they never returned her call. When my Mother left another message a few days later, the owner admitted spilling dirty mop water on the carpet, but made no offer to come back and clean it. My Mother told them that their services were no longer needed.
Description of Work: Cleaned my mother's small home.
