This is the third time I have had Robert do work for me, and I will not hire anyone else. He does excellent work, won't stop until it's done right, and is easy to work with. The first time I hired him was to redo work I had done by another person on my back porch. It was very important to him that I was happy with the job, and he put an extra day in making sure the wood was ready for staining. I just can't say enough good things about him.

Robert Stanton is the American Handyman. He was always on-time, stayed within his estimates, was very professional and conscientious.

Robert was excellent to work with, we communicated through phone, email and text. He is a rare trustworthy and professional handyman in the lexington area. We asked him to salvage what he could if he thought it was worth it and he quoted us couple days before, we signed the contract and he showed up to the home while we were both at work and when we came home, he was gone, he tidied up everything, from dirt, rocks, grass, and neatly piled all the leftover material - we are going to use it for firewood etc. After inspecting the project, for a one day project he has excellent craftsmanship and treats every project like it’s his home personal project, he takes pride in what he does. We are looking forward to having him work on our back porch and maybe replace a few windows.
