The job was a little more difficult than they expected as they were not able to lift the slabs as much as they or I wanted. I was assured the work was guaranteed and if there was a drop in the slabs they would return and re-do. This is a good company and I believe the owner James, and his helper did what could be done.

They were good! We were having a hard time refinishing our home so they came right out and gave us an estimate. They came out days later to fix it.

The driveway is level again and looks great!

Mr. Havens is a very congenial guy, and they put in 5 hours on this job. I paid the agreed-upon amount. However, the job was not done completely, and he did not offer to amend the price accordingly. I was in a rush to get this done....his bid was the midrange of 3 bids.

He found that when jacking up the segment, it became higher than the next segment farther down the drive and did not like the look of the finished product so he also worked on the next segment at no charge. The finished product was clean/neat and for the first time the concrete drive going into my garage was level. No going up a 5 inch bump to get into the garage. He was courteous, concerned with quality, on-time, and cleaned up so that I would not have known he was there if it were not for the fact that my driveway was back to mint condition.

We have used them once before at our old home. We had a sunken driveway that needed attention before we could sell it, they saved us a ton of money by lifting it instead and it looked great! For this service the front sidewalk on our home had sunken down and it had a hollow feeling when you would walk on it. We knew it was just a matter of time before it started to break up. Arrow was able to lift and fill in the void and it looks like brand new. They also lifted the public sidewalk in front of our home that was starting to break up. We may still have to replace that concrete in the future but their effort has delayed that by probably 5 or 10 more years. We are highly satisfied with both dealing with this company!

Arrow came to our home, walked our property, and completely explained what needed to be done and provided an estimate. They were very professional and prompt when they returned to do the work. Completed in one day, and did a great job.

It went as it was suppose to, I called James Havens and asked for a quote. He came over he same day and provided me with quote details and time frame for doing the work. He showed up the day he said he would and did thee job for the quoted amount. He left the work area very clean and did a nice job.

I contacted the company and the owner James and his wife came out and gave me a quote. The service was to be scheduled to be done within 3 weeks. They came out to do the job as promised. The owner James did the work himself with an assistant. The work was completed and they actually did more than what was quoted but, the price stayed the same. James and his assistant were very polite and professional. They made sure that I was satisfied with the work and they cleaned up after the job was complete. I was very pleased with the work and asked him for some business cards so that my wife and I could pass them out. I would use them again.....

After collecting several estimates and reading lot's of reviews, we decided on Arrow Concrete lifting. James spent most of the day working on this project and brought along a helper. The part we were most concerned about was the laundry room slab. Our laundry room floor had dropped enough for a 3/4in.-1 in. gap between the bottom egde of the wall and floor. We could see into the garage. His fix for that and the garage floor went well and they finished without any problems. The driveway took a lot longer because there were some larger voids and he had to use more material to fill them. I was impressed with how even it all looked when he was done. He had to cut the concrete on the seams for the pieces to slide back in place, but he patched and caulked the seams when he finished. I waited to do the review to see how everything held up in the winter and spring. So far so good. I would recommend Arrow to others.

Mr. Havens came out and gave me an estimate very quickly. Told me that I might want to contact Tom Dugan to see how much it would cost to just replace the garage floor. I was quite impressed with Mr. Havens and would have definitely picked him had we chosen to go this route. We decided to just have Tom Dugan Concrete replace the garage floor. I would definitely recommend Mr. Havens and Arrow Concrete Lifting.

James was great. Always worked hard. Did exactly as he said he would and on time. I recommended him to my parents and they were happy with his work too.

Mr. Havens came to view the job within 2 days after my call. He gave me a written estimate. I called a few days later toaccept his quote and he performed the work all within 10 days.He and his assistant arrived when he told me they would. They were courteous, polite, and cleaned up after the work was complete. Not a big job but I would certainly hire them again. Very good!

James did the work and it looks great. The patio raise at least 8 inches without a problem. It looks great! He even reused the old cores so the injection holes blend. Had previous experience with Dwyer that was not satisfactory. I would definitely recommend James and Arrow for all concrete lifting needs.

Reviewed what needed to be done and started work immediately upon arrival. Answered our questions and explained exactly what was being done. There were two men on the job and they worked very efficiently together. Excellent job of cleaning up.

They did everything they said they wold in a timely manner. The job turned out very well.

Mr Havens of Arrow Concrete Lifting took one look at the floor and said it was too far gone for simple lifting. It would be a waste of money to try. He then recommended Dugan Concrete Company, who could remove the old floor and pour a new one. We thanked him for his honesty and the recommendation and he left. (Incidentally, we contacted Dugan Concrete, contracted with them to give us a new floor, and they did an absolutely outstanding job. See report elsewhere on Angies list). Had it not been for the honest advice of Mr Havens we would have surely had one of the contractors try to lift the floor, and it would, in all likelihood, have been unsuccessful.

I called the company, left a message and received a return call from the owner later that day. He was in the area, stopped by the house, and provided a quote that same day, stating that the work could be done within the week. Having already received an offer from another company that was 30% higher, I accepted Arrow's offer the next morning. That afternoon, I received a call acknowleding acceptance. The next day, the owner called and asked if the work could be scheduled early due to an opening in his schedule. The work was completed in the timeframe given. The method of taking cores out of the patio to inject the material to raise the patio and then reinserting the cores is much better than the standard drilling process and backfiling with new concrete that is much more noticable. Could have done a little better job of cleaning up the residue from the job that was left on the plants near the patio, but overall an excellent experience. The owner was very professional, delivered on everything that was promised.

Called two companies for estimates. One company never called back. Arrow called back quickly and set up an appointment for the next day. I was lucky since he was going to be in my part of town. James listened to my concerns and then offered his proposed solution. I had other questions about other parts of my drive that did not concern the lifting and he patiently answered all my questions and offered solutions. His estimate was right in my ballpark figuring. James and his partner showed on time (how often does the guy giving the estimate also do the actual work??) and got right to work. Lifting consists of boring holes in the concrete then filling. This is important...James bores a hole and keeps the original concrete plug intact. After filling the void, he replaces the plug, similar to a woodworker using a plug to hide a screw. This extra touch makes the remedy nearly spotless. Years ago a different company lifted my sidewalk and did not do this and the difference is obvious. Neatly done, cleanup looked as though no one had been there, results were excellent.

Company owner and assistant arrived on time and performed a very professional job. They explained every step and brought me out for quality checks to ensure my satisfaction.
