Description of Work: Furnace went out in February - extreme cold weather. Mr. Croley was very prompt in service call, extremely knowledgeable about the furnace, ordered the part and had the furnace fixed extremely fast. Will definitely use him again in the future!

 + -1 moreWell, we had to get a loan because the old system that was installed when the house was built expired. The price was reasonable and Mr. Croley talked like he really knew his stuff. However, he NEVER showed up at the job site! The young men (very young men) that installed the system cut register holes too big. They cut some of the trusses in the attic without permission. It was just overall a shoddy job and shoddy workmanship. I would not ever recommend this company. Even today, you can hardly locate the company, he up and moves in a moments notice. There is never any side on the previous location where he moved to or anything.
Description of Work: Company installed brand new (or supposedly brand new) HVAC system, including new duct work. I have experienced several problems: 1. The holes were cut too large for the registers. 2. The system, which was installed in the attic, leaks and has ruined by ceiling in several places. 3. The motor has been replaced while it was still under warranty and had to be replaced again since then. 4. It continually blows capacitors
