We have been using Blain's services since he started his business around 15 years ago. He has been great to work with.

Our 'A' coils froze solid and I called Workman. Earl Sizemore showed up and advised me the evaporator coils were totally destroyed and the system was leaking badly (something I suspected and he confirmed). Earl gave me quotes on 4 different units with different efficiency ratings. Within a week he had a new system installed. Not only that but he placed the unit on the far side of the house instead of right under the kitchen window and not I don't even hear it running. The staff at Workman also filled in all the paperwork for the warranty, extended warranty, the tax credits and the utility company rebates for upgrading to a more efficient unit. I can't say enough good things about this company (the building inspector even told my wife that he hardly has to check a Workman job because they're so good at what they do).

He's been very good, they've always come whenever we called them, when we had an emergency they were always able to come, they're not always very prompt but they always seem to be there that same there so you are never left without heating or without air conditioning which I really liked about them. They're honest, they will talk to you and walk you through whatever it is they are doing, they never make repairs or do anything without discussing them with you first and they always gives us other options if something seems to be really expensive, they try to work with you or gives you different options in order to pick from, they're not just kind of stuck with "Okay, I have to get the whole thing repaired", they try to work with you to see if they can fix the system long enough until maybe you do have to get a new one. I've always felt comfortable talking to them and they tried to explain things specially if you don't know what it is they are talking about and they try to break it down into basics.

I was very impressed with the professionalism and courtesy these 2 workers showed. they serviced 3 A/C units added Freon to 2 were in the attic and basement and did a great job. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves and did a wonderful job. I like the fact that they were wearing clean uniforms and appeared to be professional.

Workman Heating Cooling Geothermal are great. They come out at the beginning of summer and the beginning of winter and check our furnace and A/C unit. They make sure everything is cleaned out, they clean the ducts our and make sure our thermostat is accurate, and make sure everything is as it should be. They are really awesome. If we had any issues, that's who we would call. They will call you and say "Do you want to schedule your seasonal tune-up?" Then you just pay for the visit. For the quality of service we get, I would say that the price is low. We had a different company before who told us we needed two extra return vents - one upstairs and one downstairs. All they did was cut a hole and put a grate over it and it didn't make any difference to anything. It was a scam to get money. Workman had heard about these guys and showed us what they did and didn't do. They don't try to sell you unnecessary products and services. They are straight up with you. They tell you exactly what is wrong - if there's anything wrong - and then they will do you a quote before they do any work. They won't just do it and say "This is what you owe me for that." They are pretty forthright.

The technician, Earl Sizemore, has been to our house several times. He is always courteous and well-informed. He explains everything and answers all questions fully. His repairs are quick and accurate. I recommend them to others.
