Description of Work: Cleared blocked tiolet, installed new floater mechanism in another toilet - they were only at the house an hour, so gave a credit for 1 hour for the unused portion of tne Angie's List offer. Very prompt and left everything clean when they left.

Description of Work: This was the second plumber I called for the same problem, no water pressure. My Home Warranty Service sent another plumber, who basically took pictures and blamed all the problems on anyone who had done work on my plumbing before him. Besides the fact that he was incredibly rude, he left telling me to call the water department and get back with him. After certifying with the water department that the problem was indeed inside my house, I called Jolly Plumbing. First, I checked with Angie's List and found that Jolly had a coupon for $129 for 2 hours of plumbing services. Paul, from Jolly arrived and went right to work. Surprise! He didn't need to take pictures of anything! He actually brought tools. He took care of the water pressure problem, fixed a toilet, my shower, and found out what was wrong with my water heater. He also was able to run to the plumbing supply place and get the parts he needed all within the 2 hour time frame. The extra $85.00 was for parts I needed for the water heater and a shower diverter. I couldn't be happier with his work. I even had to call back about a dripping tub faucet, and he was there the next morning, put in two new washers and did not charge anything extra! I now believe there are plumbers who take pictures and talk a lot and then there is Paul, from Jolly Plumbing, who knows his stuff and comes prepared to fix the problem. I will never let my home warranty service send anyone besides Jolly for my plumbing needs!
