Called at 7:30 when I noticed water on the floor around hot water heater. Got an immediate call back and they stated they would be out to us with a 40 gal gas hot water tank replacement (A.O. Smith) by 10:00 pm. Then received a call from the actual service person who said he would be a bit later, because he had just used the last 40 gal tank at his last scheduled appointment. I asked about how much more a 50 gal would be and he said the difference is $60, we said let's go with it. He showed up right when he said he would, was very professional and friendly. Showed genuine concern for following code to the letter as well as getting us situated as soon as he could with the new tank. Really liked the gentleman; he was thorough and done so quickly we couldn't believe he had the old one removed and new one in within 45 min of arriving and assessing the situation from the gas meter outside to completing the job. Found Jolly Plumbing on Angie's and will continue to trust the reviews I find...I'm amazed at the service we have received!

Discovered an outside faucet has frozen and burst during the winter. Called Jolly on a sunday when I discovered the problem and they came to fix it the next day first thing in the morning. The plumber was very personable and professional. The faucet was a freezeless type that did freeze and burst the pipe, the plumber had a replacement faucet on his truck and quickly replaced the burst one.

I called on a Friday and the man was here on Saturday morning. Very professional, clean, uniformed, courteous, friendly, and competent. Called when on his way and cleaned up after himself. I have used them before and I will use them again. And I would highly recommend them to anyone who cares to ask.

The service rep showed up as promised and had our new water pump installed in no time. Unfortunately, our water heater sprung a leak as we were both standing in the basement looking at the new water pump. The rep, who was working alone, immediately left on a very cold and snowy day to get a new water heater for us as well. He returned in about an hour and had the new water heater installed in no time. I am still amazed he managed to do all of this by himself. We really appreciated this as my husband, who just had knee replacement surgery, was coming home from the hospital on the following day and we really needed all of this to be working. We would definitely recommend Jolly Plumbing and we will use them for our future needs.

As new homeowners, this was our first experience with a major home problem. Jolly was not the first company we called for an estimate, but they were the most responsive and best priced. The estimator came by and quickly diagnosed the issue and scheduled the work with no estimating fee. The crew arrived on time and got everything set up, and were neat and courteous. However, there was a delay of several hours simply waiting on the backhoe to arrive, so the time management was not super great. Once the backhoe arrived, they dug up the yard and replaced the leaking pipe, then filled in the hole and were on their way. They did not, however, compact the dirt back down into the trench; they left it as a loose mound. We were unaware that the backfill would be extra. All in all, it was an overall positive experience, and we would consider using Jolly again in the future.

My experience is so far so good. This is my second time to use them. They show up on time. They are reasonably priced.

The plumber was very courteous and did a great job in a short period of time - he was at my house less than 1/2 hour. I would definitely use them again.

The technician, Darin, looked at the water heater and told me it needs to be replaced due to some leak. He then quoted me $900 for a AO Smith 40 gallon water heater with installation labor. I told him that I need to know the quality and reputation of AO Smith. Darin tried hard to convince me to go with it and I decided to do a little research first. Darin then asked for $65 for his service and I told him I had already paid for the promotion. Darin left without even mention the "comprehensive plumbing inspection". Net, Jolly did send a technician to our house but no work had been done and it seems that the technician did not have idea on what the job was.

The first time they came out the service technician was extremely nice and punctual. He told me exactly what he was going to do. I also mentioned that I had problems with my garbage disposal and the home warranty company was sending someone to look at it. He mentioned that he had the same disposal on his truck and he would install it for the same price of my deductible. So, I went ahead and had him replace it. Well, after he left we were still experiencing a leak so he had to come back the following week. After that it seemed to be fine until I took my trash can out from underneath the sink. I noticed that there was water again so I called them back. They sent another technician back to my house to check it out. Apparently the source line was faulty so he had to place that and the part of the pipes the first technician replaced had a leak and wasn't repairable so he had to replace that as well. All at no cost to me. They just kept saying they wanted to make everything right!!! I have been saying nothing but great things about them to my friends and clients. I would definitely hire them in the future!!

So far there are no new leaks. Would hire them again for any plumbing work.

After checking my sump pump he told me that my sump pump was okay. It didn't come on because the float was stuck. He adjusted the float . I appreciated that he was honest about what was wrong.

Called company but was given an estimate on the phone. No one came out to look at job but person/plumber I talked to was knowledgeable and professional but I would have preferred someone to come out and look at job since the plumbing was really tight against the joists in the basement and I did not want to incur extra charges due to extra rerouting. Its is best for the company to come out and look at the job so they know exactly what to do.

Jolly Plumbing was quick, efficient and reasonably priced. They were able to work around our schedule and fixed our issues in less time than they estimated.

I asked Jolly to fix my garbage disposal, expecting a replacement. My wife met the plumber and asked him if he could check the disposal before replacing it. He quickly discovered that he could fix the problem without a replacement, saving us some money and time. He also offered useful suggestions about unclogging a drain in the bathroom while he was on the job. I was able to use an Angie's List coupon, so the final cost was much less than the original phone estimate ($320 to replace the disposal).

I was extremely pleased with Jolly Plumbing. They came in to run a gas line for my kitchen stove. The work was done quickly and efficiently and I will definitely use them again in the future.

They were great. Jeremaya is a professional and hard working man. Easy going, positive attitude. They worked for 6 hours without a break for lunch to fix 12 leaks in the system. The pipes look neat and shiny. Will use Jolly Plumbing services again.

Service was great! He was very knowledgeable, and fixed the leak by replacing one of the gaskets on the drain.

My experience went very well. The staff was professional, punctual and knowledgeable in their field. The pricing was reasonable and I was pleased with the outcome of the service. I would recommend this company to others.

The plumber Jeremiah arrived on time and assessed the leak on the hot water side of the water heater pipe.He said it needed a new die-electric nipple(the fitting that goes inside the top of the water heater that you attach the water pipes too). He removed the old rusted one and replaced it with a new one and new copper pipe.I was satisfied with the job and will definately use them again in the future.

Dan from Jolly was very professional and got it done quickly and efficiently. This is our 2nd experience with Jolly and we would definitely call them again for any of our plumbing needs!

Came out same day and promptly took care of the problem, as well as giving tips on what could prevent problem in the future.

They were great. It was an emergency plumbing call. They were able to get right out to my house and take care of the problem. It was on a weekend and it was an emergency call.

Larry @ Jolly was extremely professional and polite. He quickly diagnosed my problem, explained the why's and how's and detailed the fix. He went above and beyond what most people would do because he believes whatever he gives will come back to him in the end. I wish the world had more people like Larry.
