Description of Work: They installed some equipment to allow us to service our tankless got water heater and did that service as well. It went really well! Jolly Plumbing was about half the cost of other estimates I got and their service was high quality!

Description of Work: Third company I called this evening for after hours help with leaking water heater. I actually got a real person on the first call with very prompt action, very kind, accommodating & helpful! The other 2 companies have still not responded to my calls hours later. No waiting with Jolly. Worked with me to try to keep cost minimized which I very much appreciate. Would recommend them for emergency services. Will have them replace water heater tomorrow& follow up after that work is complete. Thank you Al!

It went great!
Description of Work: Conacted Jolly Plumbing at 9a and had a plumber to my mother's by 10a. My mother is elderly and a little forgetful and I was impressed that they followed my instructions exactly as I requested. They called me upon their arrival so that I could let my mom know it was okay to let them in. When the work was complete the plumber called me again to handle the payment as I had asked them to do. I thought $180 was a little steep for repairing a running toilet (this included a first time discount) but I would gladly pay it again to get my mother's toilet fixed while I was at work. I will use Jolly in the future.

Description of Work: Great plumber, honest and fast! I had a problem with water pressure and my HOA and the water company were no help. Jolly Plumbers explained to me the issues and helped me articulate findings with the water company. Great price that others couldn't touch and extremely easy to work with. Wouldn't go to another plumbing company other than Jolly. George was awesome, great person to work with!

FIRST DAY I HAD OUT ONE GUY WHO SPENT 3 HOURS TRYING TO DIAGNOSE PROBLEM, WHICH WAS OK. THEY SENT OUT JIM, WHO IS KIND OF THE GURU GUY LATER THAT WEEK. AFTER WORKING FOR SEVERAL HOURS TRYING TO BUST THE CLOG, HE DETERMINED IT COULDN'T BE DONE WITH THE SNAKE AND THE PIPE WOULD HAVE TO BE REPLACED, WHICH INCLUDED REMOVING A SECTION OF PANELING TO GET TO THE PIPE. HE DID THE WORK VERY WELL AND EVEN GOT MY HOME WARRANTY TO COVER IT. ONLY REASON COMPANY IS NOT GETTING AN "A" IS CONDITION MY HOUSE WAS IN WHEN THEY LEFT. CARPET WAS LEFT STAINED, SINKS WERE NOT CLEANED, A BUCKET OF DIRTY WATER WAS LEFT IN THE CLOSET. ALSO, DID NOT HOOK THE BATHTUB UP PROPERLY SO YOU COULD RUN A BATH. KIND OF GAVE THE IMPRESSION OF A "ITS QUITTING TIME WHETHER THE JOBS DONE OR NOT" COMPANY. ALSO, FIRST WORKER COMMITTED AN EGREGIOUS SAFETY VIOLATION RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME, HE CUT THE GROUNDING PRONG OFF HIS EXTENSION CORD! I COULD EASILY REPORT THEM TO OSHA AND THEY WOULD FACE A SEVERE FINE FOR THIS.
