I had them come out because I thought I needed a snake. He ran the water and found no problem and didn’t charge. He said to call him for any other issues. I called him back a month later to unclog the sink; so they came out and snaked the sink and removed the clog. I didn’t run the dishwasher until later that day, so I called them because my sink began to overflow because of the dishwasher running. They came right out and fixed the problem at no additional charge. Even the secretary is a delight to speak with. If anybody needs a plumbing service, I would recommend them to the highest degree.

My husband tried to snake the drain with no luck. I tried to contact multiple 24 hour plumbing agencies and no one answered. I decided to join Angie's list because of this and that is how I found Jolly. They answered, gave me a price breakdown and the technician called me within 30 minutes. I know that can't always be the case but they were very fast. He was at the house within the time he said he would be and he used a machine to unclog the drain. It took him all a matter of 15-20 minutes. He was very nice and did great work. It would have been nice to have the price cut down because it took him all of 15-20 minutes but I understand that it is a weekend and it was about 8pm when he showed up. Over all I am very happy with the super quick fix and would definitely use them again. Thanks Jolly :)

Plumber arrived the same day and cleared the debris in the pipe. Toilet appears to be working great now. Due to the simplicity of the procedure, he only charged us for the trip, not for labor. He provided additional information for future issues and was very helpful. Overall, it was a good experience.

called when expected. showed up when promised. arrived in clearly marked truck with clean uniform. Began at the least expensive and easiest solution. found the cause of the back up and carefully explained and showed me. Went on to repair ice maker connections and told me the name of the person who will contact me tomorrow for additional needed work.

I used Angie's List $129 two hour coupon. The plumber was experienced and was able to take the corroded cast iron and secure the line with a rubber clamp and put new PVC onto the line. He also provided expertise on a drain line from the dishwasher that we were struggling for a solution on.

Matt arrived, clean uniform with a smile on his face and did an outstanding job. Checked with us numerous times to be sure it looked like we thought it should and explained everything. No wonder Jolly Plumbing has been in business since the 70's and "A Flush still Beats A Full House"

I would recommend their politeness and efficiency. They called earlier in the day saying that they were going to be here between 1 and 3. The guy even called and said that he was 15 minutes away and he kept me informed that he was going to be a couple of minutes late. He also called them and said that he was coming. I decided to go with them because they were on Angie's List. I called around and got a couple of estimates before I went to Angie's and they were definitely better priced. The quality of work was very good. He cleaned up after himself and left no mess. Their responsiveness was very good and they were very professional.

I've had Jolly do work before-- some inside plumbing, and replacing the line from the house to the septic tank, so I was reasonably sure they'd do a good job..The day of the work I talked to the 2 guy crew and showed them what I was looking for; then headed for work..I was very pleasantly surprised when I got home. They'd done a fantastic job-- more on the order of what I wanted rather than the rather sketchy details I had given them..The previous excavations were flattened. The drainage ditch was cleared..The creek was beautiful! Water now flowed through the bridge, rather than over it. The bed had been widened and the gravel and rock moved to the outside of the curve. The extra gravel had been moved to the uphill side part of the driveway heading towards the road, and the driveway had been flattened! Wonderful! The turnaround was flattened and ready to use!.A very well-done job to Jolly!

He was here not even an hour and charged me $265. It started leaking again that night, so he didn't even fix the problem. I had to call him back. They sent a technician who really knew what he was doing and didn't charge me anything. I thought the price was a bit much for such a short amount of time. The first guy didn't know what he was doing. I would recommend the second guy to anyone. He really knew what he was doing, his name is Al. The price was too high. They were good on punctuality. I would use them again if I could request the plumber that came to my house.

He was here on time, got right to the problem clearing drain and then also had him fix shower, he did a great job.

I thought I was hearing dripping water in my basement when any water was running, but there were no signs of water damage. Jolly plumbing came the same day and was extremely nice and informative. We did not have any water problems, the noise was just the expanding of the pipes which the worker had said he had heard with other people's pipes before. I was very happy with the information and honesty but he charged us $35.00 for coming out and telling us nothing was wrong, even though he said he was in the area anyway. So BE AWARE ESTIMATES ARE NOT FREE!!!

we discovered there was a leak in our upstairs shower/tub when we saw water coming through a light fixture downstairs. Never a good sign. I called Jolly Plumbing based upon their reviews and I am very glad that I did! I called at 10:30 am and by 11 am George was at the front door! (good timing) I explained the situation and told him what we observed when the leak occurred. After working for a few minutes, he was able to recreate the leak and determine that the seal had deteriorated. George explained what was wrong, and how he planned to remedy the situation, then proceeded to reseal the fixture.Afterwards, he suggested that we check the next time the shower was used as small leaks are sometimes hidden by larger ones and it is an older bathroom. George answered any questions I had and took the time to let me know exactly what would be needed for them to quote an upcoming bath remodel which may need some plumbing work. Total bill was $125 for the per hour charge and $2 for materials. George did give me a coupon which could be used towards our next service call. I know we'll get use of it! Highly recommend!

They were friendly and punctual. I got a better bid so I went with someone else.

I came home from traveling for work and realized that when the toilet had been flushed, water was backing up through the basement drain. After dealing with some other big name companies, I called Jolly Plumbing to give me an estimate on what needed to be done. As this was a repeat problem, they immediately realized that the repair would require excavation and a new pipe at the problem location. Because they realized the scope of the repair, they performed the locator and camera functions at no additional charge. The gentlemen who gave me the quote was very punctual and on time and easy to work with over the phone. The plumbers themselves arrived 15 minutes early the morning of the work and were done and cleaned up within 4 hours of starting. I would highly recommend using this service for all your heavy plumbing work. They are very experienced and know what they are doing.

Overall, we had a good experience. He was punctual and professional.

When they were done they spend a lot of time showing me all the connections in the basement and going over and making sure that I approved of everything. That was good. They seem to have good customer service. I will use them in the future.

I would recommend them for outside work. He is really good. He has really fair price. In case of any emergency they come. We had water damage. They are great for the outside work. They put a dividing fence and put it through the post. I would use him in the future.

I think their head plumber was very knowledgeable, honest and made it easy for you to make decisions as a home owner. The only negative aspect of the service is that they original person who estimated the job was going to do a cheaper option. It didn't make sense to me but when the other plumbers came it changed the scope and added to the cost. I felt better with that as it was, I don't mean anything bad about it. They were going to add a certain amount, it was a significant add and the plumber said he would do what he could to do it as quickly as possible and get me a better price. I think they took $200 off the original price they had asked, which was going to be the price they initially quoted plus the add for the additional work. I was pleased overall. They had to schedule 3 times and they were able to work with my schedule. To me they were responsive enough, to other people maybe not.

It was wonderful, the guys were great. They had actually been recommended by a neighbor of ours. They cleaned up after themselves. They finished on time!

The process was very smooth. They came out to get a visual on the site, took notes and photos. Emailed a quote within 2 days, offering 3 options. We did our research and made our choice. The work was completed within 2 weeks of the initial visit, mainly due to the shipping of the Rinnai unit

It went better than we could have imagined. Their solution to our flooding problem -- a sump pump rather than replacing the pipe in front yard -- works perfectly and is much cheaper than we feared. Have called them again for other minor plumbing problems -- fixing a leaking faucet, replacing an outdoor faucet -- and have been every bit as happy with their professionalism, quality of work and focus on finding ways to save us money rather than pay more money. We have a very old house, with plenty of plumbing problems over the years, so in the long run they will make much more money off of us this way.

They gave the lowest bid. Their bid might have been within $100 of another provider. Everybody else was a lot higher. They did an excellent job of everything they said they would do. They were friendly.

He did a good job and I will use his services in future.

The bid was significantly lower than the first company I called (over 30% less) but in line with my expectations. If I would have had to pay the first contractors price I would have dug the line myself. They were considerate about not bringing mud into the house as they were digging on a wet day. They did do a little extra in cutting back and redirecting my down spout away from my house. The head guy even had a sense of humor - seemed like he actually liked his job. I would definitely hire again but hope that I won't have to. Overall...much better than I could have ever expected.
