Due to outside circumstances, I did not contract and excavator. However, when I did initially reach out to companies, Jolly Plumbing were extremely quick to respond, booking a free estimate less than 24 hours from my call. I've never had such quick turn around time. If the quality of craftsmanship is a top notch as their professionalism and promptness, I would confidently recommend Jolly Plumbing to anyone!

Jeremiah from Jolly plumbing came out the next day checked out the problem, ordered replacement parts and came back for the repair the day after the parts arrived from the tub manufacturer. Great job, nice guy easy to work with and very professional.

Wayne was on time for the free estimate and explained the problems and a few options for how to do this somewhat tricky job. In the end he came up with a plan that was the best of the plumbing estimates I had gotten both pricewise and in terms of making the waste pipe as inobtrusive as possible. The guys who did the work, Mark and Carl, were really nice and did a very neat and professional looking job. They paid attention to my ideas and did the job the way I preferred when that was possible. I appreciated that they cleaned up the work mess at the end of both days the job took to complete not just when they finished. Mark also took the time to explain clearly to me how to finish the job once the drywall had been hung and told me if I had questions at that time to give him a call for any further instructions or help. Overall this was a really good experience and I would recommend Jolly Plumbing to my friends and family.

Overall the service went excellent. The original cost would have been $210 but we are Angie's List members and Joe gave us a $25 discount. Angie's list paid for itself. I give this an A rating all around.

Jolly Plumbing replaced an old toilet with a new one I had purchased. Installation was quick and professional. I would recommend them for this type of work.

They were able to come earlier than planned. The service man was polite and quick. He accepted my Angie's List coupon and that pleased me.

When I called, Jolly scheduled the call for the day and time I requested, and Jeremiah (the plumber) showed up promptly - early in the 2-hour window, in fact. He accurately assessed the situation, and got to work right away. I had purchased a freeze-proof sillcock from the local Bigbox earlier in the week, and he cheerfully agreed to install it (it required some adaptation to transition properly to my old galvanized pipes). Although this saved me some money, I was a little surprised at the final bill (I didn't realize that the hourly rate for a non-emergency call during the week had gone up to $125). Very professional work though, and Iwill call them again if the job is too big for me to tackle.

Advise me to the condition of the pieces. Then decided to concentrate on hot water tank and kitchen faucet.

We had a pipe in the basement that we noticed was backing up in the laundry sink. This had happened before as our pipes are old and this pipe also drains from the kitchen sink/garbage disposal. I found Jolly Plumbing on Angie's list and saw that they had good reviews so we called and got an appointment set up. Since the appointment was during the week we really appreciated that the plumber (Jeremiah) was willing to call shortly before he got to the house so that my husband could wait until he heard from him to come home from work to let him in. Jeremiah cleared the pipe in the basement and ran the washer 3 times to make sure that the pipe was truly cleared. There was also a small leak in the laundry tub so he tightened a nut to fix that too. The work was good and we haven't had any problems since the work was performed. The price seemed a little high at $150 but the Angie's List coupon brought it down to $125 which was a little more affordable.

They were prompt, calling ahead prior to their arrival, and professional during their visit. They were able to determine that all floor drains were flowing freely, although at the end of the procedure the plumber's snake got stuck and he had to return later to remove it. The job was straight forward, and the plumber was cordial and hard-working. All in all, they did the work they promised to do in a timely and proficient manner.

There was a second line I did not know about and the line was clogged from second floor toilet all the way to the city sewer line. This was an extreme backup! The sewer line from our second floor bathroom was "packed" all the way to the city connection. This company does not just come in and start digging and try to discover what is wrong. These supervisors survey the situation, identify the real problem and then discuss options and the best way to handle the problem. The workers are detailed and professional and know their work. I could have had a yard destroyed and new line put in but Jolly Plumbing workers found a solution that kept the yard from being torn up, cleaned/flushed out the line and installed an entrance point outside so that any future problems would have easy access for workers clearing the line in the future. They explained what they were doing and showed me where the two lines connected. The crew worked well together and did an excellent job. Positive, skilled, professional workers who know the job and consider the owner. I have used several different plumbing companies in the past and have never had a more skillful, considerate crew. In the past needing to call a plumber meant destruction of the exterior property inside or outside the area around the problem and high costs. Jolly Plumbing showed what having a company that has good skilled employees can do to make a bad situation manageable and I have complete confidence in their identifying the real problems (critical), planning the best approach, keeping the owner in mind and completing the work . Excellent Cannot imagine better service or care. George Shelton managed project and although the repair required that the wall and wainscoting to be cut to get into the all and make the repair there was NO sign that any cut had been made. Mr. Shelton closely supervised the work and the kitchen wall which had antique wainscoting had no sign there had been any opening. The work was beautifully done and the repair complete. Have not ever had a better plumbing repair experience. Very thorough and very responsive to customer needs. Absolutely hire Jolly again. I have had 4 jobs in the past year (three small and one very large) and these employees are knowledgeable and repair is solid and well done AND customer needs to keep house and yard in tact are carefully considered as part of the job. Glad to have found this company and will certainly use them if needed in the future.

I contacted Jolly around 2:00 PM on a Sunday afternoon after attempting to fix the leaky pipe myself. I could not break the pipe lose and was afraid I would do more damage with continued effort. I was initially told if may be three to four hours before someone would be on site, but I received a call back within 30 minutes from the plumber stating he was on his way. He was done within an hour and I was a happy customer. Also received an estimate for some other work I want done and it was very reasonable.

The original estimate was more than i expected, however I was not knowledgeable of the actual work needed to install the water softener. The job was actually completed under the time needed and the results were better than I could have imagined. After talking to other friends familiar with the area and what we had done they were very pleased with the quality of work and the price.

Quite professional and friendly service. The initial visit was on time and informative. He diagnosed the problem and talked about alternatives, though ultimately I decided to simply replace the tank. They called promptly the next day with a cost quote, and had an opening just two days later for the work. The installer called first as requested to be met and let into the building, then got the job done quickly and without problems. Not quite as cheap as I'd hoped, but then, I can say that about every plumbing job I've ever had for the last 30 years, so the problem is probably my expectations.

Jolly actually did not do much work since the scope of the job fell under the responsibility of the sanitation district.

I called Jolly Plumbing, as I always do, when we had a leak issue in our apartment. They arrived within an hour and got right to work. He fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Barry Jolly and his team do a fabulous job, and I will not call anyone else for my plumbing repairs.

Plumber was able to arrive an hour early to the scheduled appointment and called to make sure I was available. Work areas were kept clean, even on the rainy day. Plumber had to leave to get correct part but overall service took 2 hours. Price was a bit high but I was able to use an Angie's list coupon.

Jolly is the best and i will use them from now on.

As luck would have it, he was to arrive when I was going to be on a home office conference call. I provided him with a summary of what was needed when he called to confirm he was about 20 minutes out. He arrived during my call but was able to get started with just a few minutes of me showing him where the drains and cleanout were. I wrapped up my call when he was finishing up. Based on my history to him of this re-occuring problem, he suggest another service to consider in the future (jet blast). There was no high pressure pitch, just and explanation how it worked and why I might want to consider it. I gave him my Angie's List $25 discount coupon when he was writing up the bill. On his way out of the house, he noticed a Jolly coupon that I had left sitting on a table. I had used it (phone number) when I made my initial inquiry. He picked it up and told me that I could have had a better price if I had used their coupon. Before I could say anything, he suggested that we tear up the original invoice and start over with a new one.

When he arrived the first day, the problem was assessed and we were given a price. We had them replace the leaking pipe and both tub drains. They tested the leaky tub drain and all was good. However, the next morning, the shower leaked again. My husband called and they came that same morning. The shower spout was also faulty and needed to be replaced. They came quickly and gave us 50% off the labor rate for that portion of the work. Everything is now working fine. All of the work that was done was finished neatly and correctly. I only wish they tested both the shower and drain before leaving the first day to avoid the inconvenience of my husband having to take more time off work. They were very professional and were always on time and respectful. I would definitely use them again.
