Prompt communication, quick service, and will work with you on what you need. Installers arrived on time did an excellent job on the vinyl we had installed. Price was more than competitive with the "Big Box" stores around.

We were very pleased with our experience with Carpets Direct from day one. Dan was very professional and easy to work with, providing us with all that we asked for at a fantastic price. The guys who installed our beautiful new carpet were professional, friendly and did a top notch job!! We are VERY PLEASED with our experience with Carpets Direct and would definitely use them again.
