Description of Work: Although I looked this up for a friend, who is a lone caregiver for her disabled husband and must fend for herself, she could not have been more pleased with the help she received. She called the number provided and left a message as she was afraid she had termites in a bench on the porch. She was immediately called back by Mrs. Cain and told that she had Carpenter Ants as termites do not make sawdust and that she should just brush off the sawdust and plug the hole. And the best part, they did not charge her. As she has so many expenses with her husband's care, she was almost giddy with relief when she thanked me for giving her the name of this firm.

+ -1 moreI appreciate the fact that Keith explained what kind of material he was going to use. I do a recall whenever I talk to Keith about exactly what areas I have concern about and what critters I have been seeing and he explains to me what will work for those. He explains the safety of the products, because we have animals everywhere. He is really good about explaining all that. I personally prefer Keith to be the one to come out but sometimes, he has to send somebody else out.
Description of Work: I used Round 1 Termite & Pest Control for pest control. They last came out to spray the barn, the shed, and the house.

+ -1 moreThey were Christian men. It's like a real person alive. I get business men but he was always going the extra step to spray my shed or the deck that sort of thing. He was excellent.
