He arrived promptly at the scheduled time, reinstalled both toilets quickly and efficiently, was conscience of my home interior and mindful of my pets.

The owner arrived promptly on time the day after I called for an estimate. He was very polite and did all his measurements. He mailed us an estimate the following day after figuring the cost. We decided against the softener. I would use this company in the future if I have any plumbing needs which I am sure I will.

My husband called "The 24 hour Plumber" this morning at 0800, our daughter's bathroom had sprung a leak and flooded our basement floor. As a result we had to shut the water off to the house (the leak was between the turn-off valve and the outside line, so we couldn't just shut off the water to the individual sink). We also needed to get the carpet dried out before it molded, so we had to shut off the a/c to the house and use the shop vac and open windows to aid in a quick dry time. It was over 90* outside and it felt like I was going to die! Every ceiling fan in the house was going @ top speed...Ian fit us into an already busy day, even delaying his own dinner break. He and his assistant had our problem fixed in just a little over an hour (and that was including running to town to get a part). They both were extremely courteous, efficient, neat and friendly and the cost was much less than I had anticipated based on previous experience with "same day service" plumbers. All work is guaranteed for 12 months, also :) We are definitely calling Ian again in the future for both planned updates and if there are any further emergencies. I highly recommend The 24 Hour Plumber.

Very prompt and professional. Cleaned up after work was performed. Will definitely use them again.

Ian is wonderful. He is punctual, efficient and reasonable. I've had to use him 3 times over the last month and will gladly call him again anytime!
