color world painting

To say that the paint in our house is horrible is an understatement. Our house was new construction. On the initial walk through with Pro Homes Jeff Anders we marked well over 100 mistakes with in the paint moldings and stairs. We were told before closing that everything from the painters was taken care of. Color World came into the house, took all the stickers off and left.( Pro Homes can back up this claim) We pointed this out to the builder and he sent Wayne back. When he came back I asked him why did he come in and take all the stickers down without doing any work ? Wayne's response was that he sent someone else over to do his work and did not know anything about this. I then pointed out everything that he needed to fix. I stayed for about 15 min to watch him get started and make sure he didn't have any questions for me. I then left with my girlfriend and son at the house. After I was gone for about 5 min he walked in and told my girlfriend he was finished. She did not know what all he was suppose to fix with the paint . She did ask him about the stairs. The work he was suppose to do on the stairs I have been told would take about 3 days. There is a foot print on every step and also large spill marks from where he split the stain all over the place. (I have photos) She asked him why he did not do any work on the stairs his response was" that is how they should look" and once again he left. There is not a straight line on any are where two colors meet. They clearly do not know how to use tape. They would place paint buckets all over the hardwood floors with out anything under the buckets. Because of this we have paint all over our hardwood floors. His wife is the cleaner. She is as good at cleaning as he is painting. On the 4th time to come back into our home after we have gave them 3 opportunities I told them that I was not happy with there work and lying about completing work and that everything needs to be completed today correctly. They immediately got hostile with me in front of the site manager for Priority Homes. Richard Abel told them to calm down and not to speak to me in that manor. I shrugged it off at the hopes that today would be the end of this situation . Color World was sited by Pro Homes for applying watered down paint ( this is document my Jeff Anders of Pro Homes). I noticed that the paint was looking very thin once again. Because this pair is so hostile and argumentative I felt my best course of action was to have Richard Abel confront them about this. I walked out side and asked Richard to come in and look into their paint bucket. After I came back in I asked them very politely to not touch that paint bucket until Richard has a chance to look at the paint. as soon as I turned my back his wife ran into the room with the paint bucket and began to mix the paint. I said to her ' I just asked you not to touch the paint bucket." She then turned and in a very hateful tone . " Why the h*** do you not want us to touch the paint?" My response was " because I think you are putting water in the paint again. She then ran up to me while I had my 7 month old son in my arms and said " F*&^ you, you a@# h^%$. I then ran back to my bedroom to get my son away from these people and I came back out to the family room and said "you all get out of my house now " they refused to leave and then Wayne got up in my face screaming curse words along with his wife. I was able to then get them out and while they were standing in my front yard turned and screamed some very hurtful comments to me about me and my family while Richard Able was standing there. Richard then forced them to leave my property. I went downtown and filed a formal complaint with the Louisville police due to his statement on the way out the door that he will " take me out" and nothing has been completed as far as what the painter is responsible for.
