I contacted this vendor with a very detailed message about a problem I have with a slow running shower. It's been a week since then, and I haven't heard a peep from them. Even if they weren't interested in the job, or it was beyond the scope of what they do, a msg or phone call saying so would not only have been appreciated, it would have been the professional courtesy that they failed to extend.

Mr. Van Dusen was very friendly and polite. He opened up the sump pit and examined and checked the entire system - main sump and backup sump pump. He also examined and checked the backup battery. He found that the main sump pump was not working, which activated the backup sump pump. He then opened up the circuit breaker box and saw that the breaker supplying electricity to the sump pumps was loose and turned off. When the breaker was put back and turned on, the sump pumps worked and the battery backup case stopped beeping. Everything was working, The entire visit lasted under 45 minutes. I am pleased with Mr. Van Dusen's work and will hire him again for future plumbing work.

Jason came out on a Saturday and quickly identified the problems. He replaced the flapper inside the toilet and installed new shutoff valve like faucet. Very reasonable and courteous.

Excellent...showed up within an hour - took care of the problem and was very tidy and professional. Left everything like he was never here and did not overcharge. Very pleasant experience! I will call Jason again for future plumbing work.

Called a couple of other plumbers that weren't able to come that late afternoon on a Wednesday or that week at all. This was an emergency. Jason responded after finishing a previous call. He arrived and had the leak plugged quickly. A#1 workman. Fair pricing. Would definitely use again.

I called Jason at 8:00 a.m., he was here at 10:00 a.m. He was available to do the job and had a fair price. He had to go get a part to finish the job and came back and was finished by noon. He did a great job and I am very happy with the new water softener. I know who I will be calling again in the future with my plumbing needs. Thanks Jason!

The finishing work will be done in the spring; however, the rough plumbing and venting is completed and we are very happy with the results. VanDusen installed within 2 days of submitting our purchase order for a special order toilet. They got the toilet replaced, tested for leaks and everything cleaned up quickly. I thought they did excellent work all around.

It went great. I have multi-unit rental properties and have used Vandusing plumbing on all work on the rentals and on my personal home. They are honest, efficient, and I would recommend them to anyone.

Mr VanDusen did everything possible to drain the old heater. But, it was clogged, so we took it outside to drain and discard. He then did a very professional job of soldering the pipes to connect the new heater. He installed shut-off levers in both hot and cold pipes. His work is top notch. His customer service is exemplary. I recommended him to several other owners in my building.

Jason was always there when he said he would be, completed the tasks and cleaned up after each visit. Since this was a complete renovation it was the same as installing plumbing into new construction plus removing the old plumbing. Therefore he made several trips to our house during this process. Each time he arrived prepared and completed the necessary tasks. Jason was always easy to reach and willing to discuss our job. He is a knowledgeable and professional plumber.
