Description of Work: We built a new house and ROGERS' provided the hardwood flooring. We worked through a contractor and best we know, she was quite satisfied with the company's punctuality, responsiveness, etc. We certainly love the floors!! And the quality of both the the product and the installation is first rate.

+ -1 moreWe met with Mike Verhey in sales and he assisted my husband and me in our carpet selection. We made it very clear what we were looking for from a quality and longevity standpoint. He showed us several types of carpet in different price ranges. Ultimately, we went with his recommendation. Carpet was installed and now a year and a half later, the carpet shows traffic patterns and wear. Being highly disappointed and calling, Mike and the Carpet Manufacturer, came out to our home and explained that this was what we could expect for a carpet of that particular grade. Mike went further to say that "I didn't sell you a Cadillac and give you a Volkswagen." The disappointment is that we were VERY clear of the quality of carpet that we wanted for our bedroom. Live and learn. We explained to Mike that we wanted a carpet to last at least 5 years or beyond. He clearly recommended a builder grade carpet that lasted only 1 1/2 years! His attitude was not professional and we would not recommend dealing with this type of company.

+ -1 moreThe cost was covered by the insurance company, so the cost for the flooring was less than the $3074 amount. The Rodgers Decor people were very helpful in the selection of the material, and the installation was well done. They did have to come back to fix a few things, including the shoe guard below the dish washer, but they did that promptly. There was also some confusion over the billing since we paid for part of the installation ourselves (for an upgrade to what the insurance would cover and to get the flooring in our utility room), and the Rodgers Decor people helped get it resolved and wrote a letter of clarification. They did point out the flooring we bought was especially soft, which we wanted, and it wouldn't be as durable, and we have found it to be easy to damage, but they did forewarn us. Good people to work with.
Description of Work: We were directed to this flooring company by our insurance assigned contractor. We had had water damage to our flooring from a broken hot water heater, and the did our vinyl flooring replacement in our kitchen, hot water closet and utility room.
