Made an appointment and just never showed up

Mark searched for the cause of a bank of overhead lights not working and found an area of wiring in the ceiling which had shorted out and was a potential fire hazard. He did not have the exact part he required to make the repair, but knew where to go to get it. He was back at the house inside of an hour and completed the repair. When he said he did not have the part, I immediately had visions of having to order the part and complete the project in days or weeks, but was so happy that he just went and got it, and finished right away.

Mark was very efficient in getting all this done in a short period of time, even though the raining, stormy weather was very unforgiving and uncooperative. Mark called when he was going to be delayed and addressed my questions and concerns with patience (electrical issues are not my strong point). He was a good communicator. He remained on task right to the end. In fact, due to the stormy weather, we had to wait quite a while for the power company to come install the new meter. When I called Mark to report that the power company had installed the meter and he could finish the last task (this was after I had paid him his bill) he was out the next day. I appreciated him for that final timely follow though. I also appreciated that my yard looked really good after the new lines were buried, considering the depth of digging and what it looked like during that phase of the project. Before we hired Mark, I asked him for references. His references were the best of any contractor I have checked out. This man is known for being reliable, competent, thorough and professional. We will be calling on Mark in the future as we continue our renovations. He is now our electrical go to guy.
