He came out the same day I called, diagnosed the problem and had it fixed in a little less than an hour.

Mark was awesome! He came to my house on time, got my lawnmower from the shed and went to work right away. When he realized I needed a new blade as well, he offered to go to the store, get it, and put it on. My lawnmower is working again and I didn't have to take it to someone, wait until they called me about the problem, then haul it back home. I can't say enough good things about him or his business. I would recommend him to any person needing a service like this!

Mark came out and spent more than an hour trying to fix my sometimes non-starting / sometimes poorly-running push lawnmower. When he couldn't fix it (he said it was a valve problem), he didn't charge me anything. He was responsive to my inquiry, and he was very punctual and professional on the day of service. I would definitely recommend him.

So easy – came to the house instead of us having to load up several things and taking them to him. He gave some pointers for my mechanically inclined hubby to complete some work himself. Appreciate the fairness and will definitely be calling him the next time!

Mark touched base within 24 hours of my request. This is a busy time of year for him, so he said it would be a week before he could get to us. He spoke with my husband, and I had the impression he would call back the next week to set up a time. I'm not sure if it was a miscommunication, but we had to call him back at the end of the next week because we had not heard back from him. My husband doesn't always listen - so Mark may have asked him to call him back. Regardless, he came out the next day. We were not home, but we left the mower out and he did all of the work and left a bill for us to pay. It was so easy to deal with. When I got home, the mower was fixed and there was a note with the details. I would highly recommend and will use him again if needed.

Mark fix my lawnmower in about 30 minutes and gave me advice on what to do and not to do to keep my mower running. He is personable, professional and arrived when he said he would. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone who needs lawnmower repair or service.

Mark responded the same day I reached out to him and was at my home getting serial numbers off the mower to order the parts. Three days later he had received the part and completed the service from my home. The service was top notch and Mark's professionalism was second to none. I would highly recommend!

I initially contacted Mark for Hydraulic oil and filter change as well a engine oil and filter change. He called in advance and came by on the 4th to service my machine. He noticed that the Hydraulic fluid was leaking around Charge Pump Covers and he recommended ordering pump covers to correct the leaking problem. He ordered and called when parts came in to follow up and do the work. As soon as parts came in Mark called and returned in less than a week. He replaced defective parts, changed oil, filters and bled air out of the hydraulic system. He also changed out my mower blades as well due to bent blade which I had not noticed. I would highly recommend Mark's Service as he is very knowledgeable and professional.

Repaired a relatively new lawn mower that would no longer start. Responded quickly to inquiries and was able to work me in within a few days. Considering the transportation hassle that would've been involved with a warranty repair, I was glad to pay a little more for him to come fix it at my home.

Mark is a gift from heaven!!! We just moved to Lexington. The previous tenants of the house we are renting did not cut the grass before they left. The landlord offered to have someone cut it but I turned her down. I love to cut grass. We had the mower winterized in NC so the moving company would take it on the truck. Sunday, my husband added oil and gas but that darn contraption would not work for love nor money. My neighbor on one side had their yard mowed on Monday. The neighbor on the other side had it mowed Tuesday. That was the straw that broke this camel's back! I HAD to get it repaired or buy a new one. The mower was not that old and I really wanted to try to repair it. Mobile Service and Repair had excellent reviews. I called. Mark was at my home 30 minutes later. (I think he was already in the area on another work request.) I was soooooooooo excited!! He knew immediately that I needed a new "brake control" cable. It took him a couple of minutes to find the correct length and less than a minute to install it. Then my mower started right up! Mark was very polite and conscientious. He certainly knows what he is doing. If any of our other equipment fails to start, I know EXACTLY whom I will call without a momen't hesitation!! I just wish he installed ceiling fans or any of the other litany of things I need done around here!! :-)

Mark was very good about returning phone calls and came to my home and got the work done within a few days of my initial call. The mower's starter wasn't broken, but it wouldn't start the mower. I had to use the pull cord to start it manually. An incorrect spark plug gap was the cause. The mower starts now and the engine is running good.

I bought my zero turn mower in 2007 and have had it serviced by a company in another county. The service provider retired and sold his business and I didn't know anyone to call to service my mower. I went to Aggie's list and found Mark and called him after reading the reviews. I talked to Mark on the phone about servicing my riding mower and he gave me an estimate which I thought was reasonable. Mark scheduled a time convenient for me. He brings his truck to you house and does all the work at your home. No need to have your riding mower hauled away and gone for an indefinite time. My mower was serviced and I was ready to mow in a couple of hours. What a great business idea for mower owners. Mark called the day he was coming and told me he was on his way. He showed up at my house at the scheduled time. Mark chged my oil, sharpened & balanced 3 blades, chged fuel filters-oil filter-air filter, lubed abt 12 points, cleaned & gauged spark plug (didn't need new one), leveled deck, checked tire pressure & added air, checked belts for replacement (good), checked hydraulic fluid, and offered advice on keeping my mower in good shape. Mark is very professional, courteous, knowledgeable, thorough, competent, and I think his prices are reasonable (Less than what I paid last 7 yrs to have my mower hauled and serviced by the previous provider). I could not be more satisfied with Mark and his work and prices. I will definitely be calling him next year to service my mower or at anytime I have any repair work or maintenance work to be done on my mowers.

Mark is a great fellow, very friendly and knowledgeable. He comes to you for the repairs, no need to take your item to him. His truck is like a Swiss Army knife, has all sorts of tools for the craft. He calls and lets you know when he is coming. He practically rebuilt the engine in my riding mower. He knows his stuff and makes repairs that will last, no corners cut. I recommend him highly and hope to use his services in the future.

Mark comes to your house which makes it extremely convenient. He followed-up exactly as he said from our initial call, and brought his mobile repair truck. The lawnmower is working great, and I will be using his services again the next time that I need a tune-up or repair on the mower.

Mark did a fantastic job on our zero turn mower. He performed an oil change, tire check, replaced filters etc. right in our driveway. Great to get our repairs done without any down time! He is very through and conscientious. Highly recommend.

Mark is very friendly and engaging. He returned my call quickly and kept me updated on his initial arrival and when to expect the part needed to repair my mower. He charged me a fair price for the part ($45) and labor ($60) which included two trips to my house. He is more reasonable and responsive than has been my experience with small engine shops.
