Charlie was super friendly. He checked the operation of my ventless fireplace and showed me how to use it. I would definitely call on him again if some need comes up in the future.

Mr. Webb was on time and super friendly. He was very professional the entire time and took time to show me how to use the gas logs once they were installed!! I would highly recommend Mr. Webb to anyone and will certainly use him in the future!

It went fine. I found him too expensive and decided not to use him.

In purchasing a new home our buliding inspector cited a inproperly installed gas pipe into our gas fireplace that could cause an explosion. Prior to purchasing we called Charlie Webb to inspect and provide an estimate for repair so we could negotiate with the buyer. Charlie was prompt and inspected the fireplace and provided an estimate for the gas pipe to be corrected. We used him about two weeks later to install the new pipe. Again he was prompt and professional and also suggested a propane company to use for our propane service (the fireplace was never used and we needed to purchase propane tanks). My only dissappointment (and I am partially to blame), was that I did expect that he had to cut a 1'x1' square hole in our drywall to fix the pipe. So the total cost of install was higher do to the drywall needing repair. .

Arrived on time. I explained my stupidity and how others could not help me(People I had not paid but thought they could help) He was so careful with my house and the logs. VERY professional and detailed.

Mr. Webb arrived early and went right to work. He obviously knew what to look for and fixed the problem quickly. He was also very friendly and courteous.

Very good experience.

He did the tasks described above. He also answered our questions about how ventless heaters work. He came on time and worked efficiently.
