The serviceman showed up when he said he would. He called us the day before to let us know he couldn't come out so he rescheduled. He sprayed for the bugs, and even sprayed a couple of wasp nests he found. They did a great job.

They were actually early and very very thorough. They were here quite a long time.

They were very helpful over the phone. They came as quickly as they could. When he got here he did his job and he did a good job. He was very courteous.

The owner is very professional and knowledgeable. They have been great with working with us on green products. The last time they came out whoever they sent was not as knowledgeable.

He does excellent work and we've been happy when we have had to use him in the past.

We use them on a regular basis. They are very good. They do residential and big part of business. They catch critters and everything where they need to be caught. It was a very good experience. They are dependable and they like to do a good job. I know the owner and he is a very personable guy. They get down and do their job. Their price was reasonable.

Mr. Calloway made a prompt appointment to come see the issue, made the diagnosis that indeed, it simply was an ant infestation and treated for them. He refused payment saying that I had accommodated him by allowing to be scheduled when he was already going to be in the area. He explained what would be happening if these pests were more serious, like carpenter ants or termites and he explained the probable time line for the results of his treatment for the ants and told me to call him back if things did not progress as he expected. All of it was very professional, accurate and done in a timely manner. I appreciated him and would have been happy to pay him, but he just would not have it. I would be happy to use him in the future because he was prompt and professional and experienced.

They provided a good service. They showed up and did what was required. I would use them in the future.

Excellent. Steve and his employee, Victor, have serviced my home for over five years. He is punctual, efficient, effective and pleasant. His prices have not increased. Once I needed urgent treatment for bees. Steve was in the neighborhood and here within 30 minutes - at no charge.

Steve was recommended to me and began pest control of my house, even though he had only one other client in Nicholasville. He has more now. He has been able to control bugs and spiders, even though spiders are much more difficult to control. He also had controled a mouse problem that was recuring since we live next to a farm.
