+ -1 moreWe decided to finish the lower level of our ranch style home with a walk out basement the summer of 2012. We had gotten bids from 3 different companies and Kreke Development had the best price. I felt confident in there work because they are parishoners at our church and we have seen some the work they had done for the church and other people we knew. It took them about 2 months to finish the basement which is approximately 2000 square ft. We have several rooms put in downstairs such as a craft room with a large double closet with shelving, a prayer room, an exercise room with built in entertainment center, an entertaining room with kitchen, pantry closet, and built in book shelves, spare bedroom, and game room. We had them put in a drop ceiling to be able to access plumbing and ducts. The lower level turned out great and our living space doubled. We didn't have any problems or issues. Would definitely recommend their services.
Description of Work: Kreke Development had to insulate, run electric, cable and telephone wire, build walls, do some plumbing for the kitchen we had put down there, hung a drop ceiling and do the flooring. They also put in a built in entertainment unit and built in book shelves.
