+ -1 moreShe had an air of competence. She asked specific questions and knew exactly what she needed to know. She didn’t waste my time and was thorough. She came when she said she would and charged what she said she would. She got the paperwork back to the bank so she was dependable.
Description of Work: Mary Daniels does appraisals on small farms. I had trouble with using an appraiser who was not sure how to appraise this place.
