A&J Services, LLC

I've lived in my townhome for almost three years now and have had an issue with the furnace causing a heavy water leak into and around my duct working. This water pools just above my kitchen sink and has caused the ceiling to bubble and bulge. Using my home warranty company, I've had a different company out three times, each time resulting in a "trade fee" and a "This time it's fixed." I begged the warranty company to provide a different contractor and when A&J Services showed up, I knew I was going to see results. They performed tests that the other company didn't attempt. In turn, they found enough of an issue to have the furnace and heat pump replaced by the home warranty company! I now have a brand new HVAC setup with only a few days waiting on the equipment to come in (warranty company delay, not A&J Services). I only wish my warranty company had sent out A&J Services the first time so I could have enjoyed functional HVAC this entire time. Thank you A&J Services!
