I can't say enough about Donald Warrix, the owner. I had previously decided to overseed the yard with another very competent provider. I met Mr Warrix through his daughter, and was impressed from the start. My original estimate from another provider was done by measuring from Google maps,($550.) Mr Warrix came over and hand measured the entire yard, He advised me how to get rid of the Monkey grass that lined the sidewalk(which I hated.) Once that was dead, he came over to do the overseeding. He went over every area twice with the machine(he crisscrossed for better seeding.) He returned the next day to roughly till very hard areas that were too dry to get with the seeder. He then returned weekly to see the progress and added more seed where he thought it was needed. He promised to return early spring to see if more work was necessary Earlier in the summer, I spent an entire day pressure washing. Not anymore because he does that too!.We usually can do our own mowing, but when on vacation, I plan to call him. Donald Warrix goes over and beyond his job!
