I found this group through Angie's list. Overall, this has worked for me better than going out and finding other service providers. They come in to fix anything that has problems in the interior of the house. It's $100 each time they come in to fix the unit. Their deal came with the house. I renewed my membership with them when it expired and I've been using them for 3 years now. They've been really good. I haven't had any problems with them. They need to get authorization before they order parts and it took a while to get the parts. They are very responsive. If there's an additional expense, the companies that do the work send the billing statement to HMS. I like the idea that they seem to do a good job and if there's a problem, I can always call HMS. It was worked for me and I plan on renewing my membership again.
Description of Work: They fixed the heating system.
