+ -1 moreI had an experience with Hewlitt Packard which wasn't very good. They tried to sell me a Service Agreement to fix a brand new computer that had never worked. They then tried to sell me an external hard-drive. When the phone support service did not work, they then told me to return the computer and tried to sell me another new computer. So, in addition to having to call in for support, I got three different sales pitches, which I thought was very inappropriate. They told me they would call me back twice and they did not call back at all. I will not use them again in the future.
Description of Work: I have used Hewlitt Packard for computer support. I phoned in for computer support. I bought a new computer and it didn't work right.
