custom cabinets
+ -1 moreThe installation of the cabinets went smoothly. The installer asked me a few questions (like where I wanted the door pulls located) and offered suggestions. Mostly, however, he worked alone while I went about my day. I was very impressed with the work the installer did. The new cabinets look great. After checking them out, I discovered one mistake - a roll-out door that was to contain two trash bins only had one. I called Paul the next day and he cheerfully and quickly had the correct door and bins installed. I am pleased with my new cabinets and think they were reasonably priced. Paul was as attentive to my wants and questions as I could ask for. He was well-informed and made the whole process easy and pleasant and pressure-free. He offered very useful advice. When he thought I was making a bad choice he would explain why and then let me decide for myself. I would definitely recommend Designer Cabinets to anyone considering new kitchen cabinets.
Description of Work: I was looking for new kitchen cabinets and visited Kraftmaid's Web site. I asked for additional information and Paul Noller of Designer Cabinets emailed me and offered to provide more information. I visited his showroom and he walked me through my options regarding cabinets. He offered to come by and measure my kitchen and shortly thereafter provided a cost estimate. I was still undecided regarding exactly what I wanted and Paul listened and offered useful suggestions. I took his advice on most but not all things. He then provided me a final price quote based on my decisions. The cabinets took about two months to arrive and Paul called me to set an installation date. His installer showed up on the date I chose and completed the work all in a single day (I have a pretty small kitchen).
