He came in, figured out what part was not working and took it out, went to Home Depot got a new one and put it in. They have been very good. In fact they were also here recently, as I had a problem with my bathtub water not going down and they fixed that too. Their workers are very good. They research everything. They were two men that came, the major plumber and an apprentice. They checked out the drain. They snaked the drain and they got very little out of that, and then they snaked another part of the drain, a small area that goes to the toilet and he got very little out of that. Then he noticed that there was a part that should have been up further and it had moved down, and that was preventing the water from going down. So, he actually lifted it up, put it back in place and put everything back together and that thing just drained like it did originally. I think they are very thorough. If they cannot find the problem in one area they will find it at another. They will just keep looking until they find what is wrong. I would recommend other members to call them if they have any plumbing problem, because they are very knowledgeable and they will get to the bottom of it and fix it. They are pretty reasonable in their price, as they do not over inflate things. Their quality is very good, because they actually fix things. They will just look at more than one thing to make sure it is fixed when they leave. I have had him from years before. I usually end up calling him anyway, because has given me good service and he has been very good about his rates, etc. Regarding responsiveness, they were able to come out that same day. I called in the morning and they sent somebody out here by 3 or 4 o'clock in the afternoon. So, they are very good. They said they would be here and they were here when they said they would be.
