Only one word comes to mind when I look at the work Mr. Butler did and that would be "Awesome". We had a dilapidated retaining wall and a deck that had a stair way coming from the deck over the retaining wall that was in very bad shape. He came in and tore the existing wall, stairway and deck down. Formed and poured a concrete patio, retaining wall and sidewalk as well as built a very nice wooden steps off the wall and a beautiful set of pyramid steps on the back patio from the house. He also fixed the drainage issue we had behind the previous retaining wall. He is a one man show. He did all of this on his own, with the exception of 3 days that he had an assistant with forming up the very large retaining wall. He rubbed the concrete out on the patio, sidewalk and wall and it looks phenomenal. He kept us very informed of the projects progress throughout. He assured us, he wanted nothing more than for us to be satisfied when the project was complete. We where blown away with the work that he did. He treated our home as if it were his own. He cleaned everything up after it was completed and it didn't even look like it had just been a construction area. I have had to deal with several contracted people over the years with my aging parents and with my own homes various repairs. I would have to say without a doubt that this was by far the best experience that we have had. Mr. Butler is a plain spoken man, very honest, and his work ethic was outstanding. When we started this whole process, my spouse and I were not really sure which direction we wanted to go with it. Mr. Butler had some very creative ideas and he delivered on them all. I would recommend him to anyone having concrete work, repair, or any kind of landscaping. You will not be disappointed.
