I initially called Advantage Wildlife in February 2015 because we suspected that squirrels were getting into our attic. We were correct and the tech that came to the house found the hole and set a trap. We caught our first squirrel in the trap within 24 hours and they set another trap. Everything seemed like it was going well. I kept pressing them for a plan - when would the hole be sealed? What happened if no more squirrels were caught? I couldn't seem to get any of these questions answered. After about a month, no squirrels were caught but noticed that the trap had been tripped so I called them to reset it. After 5 phone calls from me and another 3 weeks of time, I finally got a call back and someone came to rest the trap the following week. Basically this pattern continued. The trap would trip and I would have to call and call and call and call with no return phone calls in order for anyone to come to my house. And still no plan as to when and how my hole would ever be repaired. Finally in JULY we were still playing this ridiculous game. I left 9 unreturned phone messages. The real question is why I stuck with this horrible company for so long. On the advice of a neighbor, I called Critter Control and they so far have been very responsive and their techs have been much much better than the guy who came from Advantage Wildlife. I will post a review of them on their website when the work is completed. I've heard that the owner basically just fishes all the time and his wife "runs" the company (or doesn't do anything) and so that is why things are so chaotic. That's just rumor but consistent with my experience. I also heard that the owner was fired from a previous employer because he wasn't very good. Also a rumor, but consistent as well.

This guy took care of it all. They were recommended to me by someone else. They also did cleanup. I considered their price a little bit high, but I also considered their excellent work when I could not find anyone else to do it.
