Amazing work. Patched all walls and even some larger holes in the theater from running of wires. Painting was first class, they took their time and you can tell they have a lot of pride their work. Moved everything out of the way, very careful to not get paint on anything (even screen in theater), cleaned up and put everything back. Trim work looked great and painting was smooth and no streaks. Even painted some wall covers to they'd match. Better price than other estimates and started right away. They've done a few jobs for me and will be back to do more.

Great work by Mike and team! I would highly recommend him to anyone. We had exterior trim, doors, garage, and shutters painted. They took care of everything in 2 days and it all looks great! Mike was easy to get a hold of and stayed in communication throughout the project. The pricing was also MUCH more reasonable than all of the other quotes we received! We will definitely use them again in the future!

The job from quote to finish went great. Mike came and gave us a very reasonable quote to remove wallpaper in an office, and paint an office, 2-story entryway, dining room, living room, 4 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. He was able to get his crew over within a week since we were just moving into the house. His crew was professional and polite, and did a great job on the house. I will be using them in the future for other projects.

We had our exterior house painted by Pillar Painting last August. We had been wanting it to be done for a while and needed to have some of the exposed wood at the top of the roof line painted and any deteriorated wood, repaired or replaced. Our main concerns were quality, professionalism and communication and a competitive price. I also wanted to be sure that the painters were safe on the ladders and that things were left clean at the end of the job. We were happy with every aspect of our painting job and are very pleased that we chose to work with Mike Pracht at Pillar Painting. Mike himself was a great communicator and returned calls and texts promptly. I wanted to be sure that I liked the color we chose which was similar to the existing colors and Mike was great about getting us a sample the week before so that my husband and I could try it in a few test spots around the exterior to confirm that we were happy with the color. This made me confident when they started painting with what we had chosen. Mike was great about scheduling our paint job around a couple of periods when we did not want workers at the house. He called us to confirm a date and once we decided on a good date, they were on time and very professional in the way they worked and communicated. One of the things I appreciated was that the team of three painters seemed to all get along well, were safe and thorough with the painting and they were all very good about updating us or answering any questions we had. Before they were done, they asked me to walk around the house with them to be sure that everything looked good and complete and Mike also came over at the end to be sure we were happy with the job. We would definitely recommend them and are glad to have found a good painting company to work with.

Outstanding!! We interviewed 3 companies. Pillar Painting (Mike) was our 3rd estimate and we knew immediately we wanted his company before he mentioned the cost. Mike took the time to listen to what we wanted and delivered more. Mike’s professionalism went beyond labor work from his crew, he included an interior designer to help pick our colors (thank goodness) and used one of the best paints on the market. Sherwin Williams. We could not be more pleased. . His crew was just as professional. Rodney (Lead crew member) truly is one of the best in his field. At no time did I ever feel uncomfortable with Pilllar Painting. They were well mannered and respectful towards the furniture/ contents in our home. I think what I like the most is their attention to detail. If you want to know how good a painter is, just look @ the ceilings. No brush lines, cutouts are clean and sharp, they even painted inside our pantry and coat closet. 😃 We have already requested another estimate for the exterior of our home. We look forward to seeing them again.

GREAT. I highly recommend Pillar Painting in Northern Kentucky. I was very pleased with the quality of the work and the reasonable price. Painting has gotten extremely expensive over the years and I felt his price was fair for everyone. A job that would have taken me several nights after work or a weekend took two painters a few hours and it just looks great. They even went above and beyond by putting up the new light fixture in the room after painting that I purchased. Do not hesitate to use Pillar Painting. I dealt with Mike initially who I believe is the owner.

Great job painting all of the main areas of my home. They showed up and knocked a tremendous amount of painting in 2 days and it looks amazing! These guys are all about customer service. They will do whatever you need them to do and will make sure you are happy. They moved all furniture and stuff off of walls (not all painters will do this) and offered to put them back on after. I wish more companies had this attitude. They came highly recommended from many neighbors and I will recommend them as well. Also I will have them back to do more of my home

He never showed to give us an estimate. He scheduled twice and did not show.

Mike's crew did a great job and were very patient resolving an issue with the paint color (the problem was the mix from store) that required re-doing some work. Mike arranged for a color consultant from the paint store. Reasonable price, efficient work.

Super crew, super paint, super job, super company!!!

Mike (owner) was extremely responsive and the crew did a great job. They got our house/deck finished more quickly than expected and the house looks better than it has in years. Communication was responsive and he accommodated our schedules when we needed to meet with him. Our neighbor even commented about what a meticulous job the crew did.

STAY AWAY! We hired him in April/May 2017 and gave him a deposit. It's almost November and the still has not been completed. So every couple of weeks he would tell us that it would be another 2 weeks. Finally in August he sends a person out to pressure wash the deck. I has to keep trying to get him to stain the deck now that the deck was clean. Another month and 1/2 goes by and a crew shows up to paint. Did not pressure wash again, they just started spraying the deck. Color was ok but there was so much overspray and spots missed, you would not believe it! So all the work has yet to be completed and it doesn;t appear it will ever be completed. I've tried getting hold of Mike 3 times in the last 2 days but nothing. So I can't wait to complete the review until the work is done since I have so little faith it will ever be complete. Worst contractor I've ever dealt with. At one point after the pressure washing he stated he lost my phone number. Our house was not lost though! It was still there in need of paint. He did not assist with the deck but promised he would be back out to fix all the overspray spots and spots they missed painting. We have had our deck furniture in our yard waiting for him for 3 weeks. I have been told twice he would be out but something always comes up. It's like he has no idea how to run a business and he told me at one point he was too busy. I bet he is. He must have to go back and touch-up every job if he does the quality of work he did at our house. I now have a notch against me with my wife because we should have just given up our 10% deposit and gone with someone else. My wife will now second guess me because of this "company". I never had a clue when workers would be at our house. All of a sudden they would be there. I just have nothing good to report about this company and Mike Pracht. He was supposed to fix wood trim around our front door but I can no longer get him to respond to my texts. We currently have furniture in our driveway, horrible overspray that needs fixed AND places where no paint was applied on the deck. HORRIBLE SERVICE FOLKS! Do not consider hiring this "Company". My rating is an absolute F- . Didn't do what he said he would, completely unreliable, took months just to start, accepted money without performing service, unresponsive, shody workers. NOTHING Good to say about this guy!

Pillar just finished painting every room in my house. I am thrilled with the results! I feel like I have a new home after more than a decade of living here. I worked with Mike initially for a detailed quote. Everything I wanted done was broken down by room then walls, trim and ceilings. Rodney and Gam did the painting.
