I was very uneasy about hiring a plumber and having strangers in my home but with Josh Nevels that fear went right out the door! I would gladly give him a key and access to my home if and when I could not be present when repairs were being done.
Description of Work: Water from buried pipe in the front yard (installed at time of construction) was leaking into house. Josh replaced pipe in front yard and basement and sealed all areas around it. He has also redone all 3 toliets in my house..... Done several various repairs to other plumbing problems in my house, including improperly installed dishwasher, pipes in the basement that were not properly installed and/or secured. Garbage disposal that was a joke, etc. etc. etc. etc.! The plumber ( which I will not name) that did all the work when our upscale home was built in 2007 was truly incompetent. Josh Nevels has so far repaired many of this incompetent plumbers mistakes . I have a few more to go! Josh has been my plumber since my spouse and I purchased the house when it was new..

+ -1 moreJosh Nevels is great to work with; he is honest and will give you his honest advice and opinion - doesn't want to waste anyone's money. He did a great job over the holidays of building out our half-bath in our foyer, from demolition of a closet, to plumbing rough-in, to matching our hardwood floors, and all the finishing work of drywall, paint, trim, and plumbing fixtures. We are very happy with the work he did; we have used Nevels Plumbing for all of our plumbing needs since we moved to the area 6 years ago, and have always been happy with his responsiveness, professionalism, and quality - highly recommended.
Description of Work: Installed new half-bath, all plumbing and construction (wall buildout, doors, etc.)

I felt like he really took the time to look at our issues (we also have an old line that feeds to our house that will need replacing someday) and explain a variety of options and recommendations to us. I felt that he was very honest. The work was done on time, on the scheduled date, in just a few hours. They cleaned everything up and we are extremely pleased with our improved hot water pressure.
Description of Work: Replacement and take away of an old water heater. This included replacing existing pipes that fed into and out of the water heater that were smaller than the pipes in the rest of the house.

+ -1 moreJosh Nevels respnded to our emergency call when our main water service line turned into a fountain in our frontlawn. The new line was installed withing 24-hours of the phone call for a very reasonable price. My grass was torn up in an extensive area- I would recommend putting down plywood- but having water beats a torn-up lawn any day!
