I can't say enough of how happy we are with the work. I put in a quote request off the website. Dan called me the next day. Made informal calls to the city building for zoning/building limitations. then , came out that night to see what we were working with. He got me a quote within a few days. We were a tad over budget and Dan was able to make suggestions as to where we could trim it etc. His payment expectations were EXCELLENT. He required payments at different parts of the job completion. I like that for planning purposes. Now the WORK.....WORTH. EVERY. DANG. DIME. My deck is beautiful and exactly what we wanted and more. I haven't seen many decks like ours. The detail of the edges of the rails and posts just really had us amazed. The stairs feel nice and sturdy, with a solid feel. We also had concrete work done and a ramp made. We had a hard time visualizing everything, but trusted Dan and his crew recommendations. I came out perfect. We are actually thinking of another job for concrete work. I was a little worried that Dan's work maybe out of my budget due to the lovely examples of his work I have seen and competitors quotes of items not as nice. I was SO pleasantly surprised. Do yourself a favor and have them bid on your job. Dan did all the permit work for us. (Even helped me complete permit work for the fence we were having installed after his deck work.) As I read the reviews something over and over keeps being said he 'threw in a little extra'. I think that is part of the customer service experience that is lacking this day and age. Dan and his team were very accommodating to us and didn't want to put us out at all. That adds to the great experience. If you made it this far in my review, thank you *grin*. To give history, my husband and I are first time homeowners. The home was in the family, and we are wanting to make changes to make it us, but keeping the family memory there.

Dan was great to work with. Honest and reliable. He was able to get our handicap ramp expedited due to need. They did a great job, very professional looking. Went above and beyond. Will hire him again.

Overall the work was good and Dan did take care of some extra details. The project took a bit longer than I anticipated but we did have some bad weather.

I was extremely pleased with the work Dan did at my house. Although they were smaller projects (window latch replaced, weather stripping on door replaced, bedroom door adjusted), he executed them professionally and in a timely fashion. Dan is very diligent and works very hard at every project. He is informative, concientious, friendly, hard-working, and the results are exactly what were needed. Dan has been terrific. I wanted to have some projects done around my parents' house for Father's Day but I live out of state. When I visited last weekend, Dan was there (about 50% complete) and his work was great. He suggested different things during the project that made perfect sense. I trust him which is important to me. I will definitely use him again and will recommend him to anyone. Dan also did some yard work.
