I reached out to DeckPro Builders to inquire about repairing a deck. Their response was that they had larger projects (full deck replacements with roofs) and **were not sure** if they could complete my project. It seemed as if they were not willing to add my project to the end of their list because it will not yield as much money. I will not be seeking their services in the future.

Work was very well done and Dan was very good about letting you know what was needed for the job.

It was great. I had a railing problem and he was creative in his suggested solution that we implemented and he also secured loose deck boards, very nice experience all the way around

I can't say enough of how happy we are with the work. I put in a quote request off the website. Dan called me the next day. Made informal calls to the city building for zoning/building limitations. then , came out that night to see what we were working with. He got me a quote within a few days. We were a tad over budget and Dan was able to make suggestions as to where we could trim it etc. His payment expectations were EXCELLENT. He required payments at different parts of the job completion. I like that for planning purposes. Now the WORK.....WORTH. EVERY. DANG. DIME. My deck is beautiful and exactly what we wanted and more. I haven't seen many decks like ours. The detail of the edges of the rails and posts just really had us amazed. The stairs feel nice and sturdy, with a solid feel. We also had concrete work done and a ramp made. We had a hard time visualizing everything, but trusted Dan and his crew recommendations. I came out perfect. We are actually thinking of another job for concrete work. I was a little worried that Dan's work maybe out of my budget due to the lovely examples of his work I have seen and competitors quotes of items not as nice. I was SO pleasantly surprised. Do yourself a favor and have them bid on your job. Dan did all the permit work for us. (Even helped me complete permit work for the fence we were having installed after his deck work.) As I read the reviews something over and over keeps being said he 'threw in a little extra'. I think that is part of the customer service experience that is lacking this day and age. Dan and his team were very accommodating to us and didn't want to put us out at all. That adds to the great experience. If you made it this far in my review, thank you *grin*. To give history, my husband and I are first time homeowners. The home was in the family, and we are wanting to make changes to make it us, but keeping the family memory there.

Dan was great to work with. Honest and reliable. He was able to get our handicap ramp expedited due to need. They did a great job, very professional looking. Went above and beyond. Will hire him again.
