+ -1 moreVery well. The company was able to work around my tight schedule (instead of being at my house between 10 and 12, they scheduled it between 11 and 12). They called prior to showing up to ensure that someone was home. They helped move items prior to cleaning, and they also moved other items in order to broaden the cleaning area (without charging more). The stairs were cleaned by hand. The worker was the owner, he recently bought the company and it consists of him (the cleaner) and his wife. He was very personable and worked diligently. He took a lot pride in his work.

+ -1 moreArrived on schedule, very professional. However, the carpet still had numerous spots that the technician said would not come out. Two months later, I had another company come out and clean the carpets. All those "unremovable" spots are now gone.
