gutter repair
+ -1 moreI gave him a check before he did the work on December 22. He was supposed to come back January 15th to put on the gutters, but he said weather permitting. The weather was bad, but he never ever came. I didn't hear anything from him at all until I started calling him in April. I left message asking him if he was going to get to the gutters soon. He didn't call me back, so I went ahead and checked out someone else who could do the job. I called him and told him I hired someone else to do it and that I wanted my 1000 dollars back, which I never got.
Description of Work: He was supposed to come install gutters and gutter guards.

+ -1 moreJesse was recommended to me by a roofer to correct a problem with a leaking gable vent. We also had problems with rotting wood window sills, due to previous owner improper caulking. We were moving out of state (my husband was already gone), and trying to get our home on the market. Jesse was very prompt, and understood we needed this done as quickly as possible. He and his assistant were very efficient, very neat, courteous, knowledgeable, the quality of work was excellent, and reasonably priced. Not only did he finish the repairs, he also had 2 new screens made for me at a window company, and picked the screens up and delivered them to me. I would definitely use Battaglia Construction again for any work on my home, if I weren't moving.
Description of Work: Replaced exterior sills and some side trim on 6 wood windows, recaulked windows, painted 9 exterior wood windows, modified gable vent to prevent leaking, recaulked vent, scraped and painted gable vent, front soffit and facia, washed vinyl siding on one side of house, replaced rivets on several downspouts, rescreened several torn screens, tightened loose stair banister inside home.
