Richard did a great job. He gave me an estimate, completed the work when scheduled and even helped replace the old flooring. I recommend him for any plumbing job.

Regulator install was done well with no problems. There was a small leak on hot water heater and owner came back immediately to fix it. Owner and assistant were extremely nice and I plan to have them return for additional work.

I didn't feel like I should have had to pay for the trip to town. I told him when I scheduled what I needed done, but he still didn't bring the parts. The work was good, but I felt like I was overcharged.

He was pretty new in the business then but he came out like 6:30 at night on one of the coldest nights of the year. I had shut the water off because the outside connection to the house had frozen and busted. I had done all the digging and found where the leak was and he came out and fixed that and it was miserably cold. I tried to call several plumbers to come out but none did. He came out right at dark and we had had lights and heaters to go in. We had to hold on to his pants while he went down in the cold and repaired it. I would say he went out of his way to help me out and he fixed it better than it originally was. I thought he was reasonable in his charge.
