+ 0 moreSUBCONTRACTED THROUGH A SELF EMPLOYED BUILDER WHO ADDED AN EXTENTION TO OUR GARAGE.THEY WERE SUPOSE TO REPLACE 2 EXISTING GUTTERS WITH NEW ONES.THE GUTTER IN THE BACK THAT WAS NOT HANGING RIGHT WAS NOT REPLACED THEY ADDED NEW GUTTER TO IT TO EXTEND IT PAST THE ADDED GARAGE.THE DOWNSPOUT THAT WAS ADDED IS TOO CLOSE TO THE GROUND.THE FRONT GUTTER LOOKS OK,NO PROBLEM WITH THE GUTTER.BUT THE DOWNSPOUT IS TOO CLOSE TO THE GARAGE AND DRIVEWAY.AFTER THE DRIVEWAY WAS PAVED THE END COULD NOT BE PLACED BACK ON IT TO DIRECT WATER AWAY FROM THE GARAGE.I CALLED THEIR # SEVERAL TIMES AND COULD NOT GET AN ANSWER OR A CALL BACK.I SPOKE TO THE BUILDER WHO SAID HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT,HE NEVER DID.I FINALLY GOT TIRED OF TRYING AND GAVE UP.THE GUTTERS ARE NOT FIXED YET.
Description of Work: ADDED GUTTER EXTENTION WITH DOWNSPOUT AND NEW GUTTER AND DOWNSPOUT TO GARAGE EXTENTION. DID NOT SHOW UP WHEN TOLD THEY WOULD.THEY WERE SUPOSE TO CALL AND COME OUT,BUT CAME OUT WHEN I WAS NOT HOME. THEY DID NOT COMPLETELY REPLACE A GUTTER ON THE BACK OF THE GARAGE. THEY DID ADD NEW GUTTER AND DOWNSPOUT TO EXISTING GUTTER AND DID NOT CUT DOWNSPOUT SHORT ENOUGH.IT IS TOO CLOSE TO THE GROUND. THEY DID PLACE THE FRONT DOWNSPOUT TOO CLOSE TO THE DRIVEWAY AND GARAGE ITSSELF. THEY DID NOT ANSWER CALLS..
