I called Lift Pro and told the man who answered my call about my problem. He asked what brand I had (Sears). He told me how to adjust and probably fix the problem. I made the adjustment and the problem was fixed!!! It's rare that someone would do that instead of coming out and charging $$$ for the 5 minutes it would have taken. They are in my address book now for the next time I have an issue."
