Traditional Builders

Hired Traditional Builders to extend concrete foundation around my house for expansion. Gave CT (the owner) 60% upfront, and things started out fine. Then it was excuse of someone stole the metal, then problem with someone charging him multi-able times for materials. Then turned into demands for more money, even though the excavation, re bar, and forms were not completed yet. Then CT through text, and verbal threatened to lien our property even though he had not completed half of the work. Had to fire him, and hire a attorney to get him to remove his belongings from the property. He could not even follow the instructions of the attorney, and was very verbal with the paralegal on the phone. Think twice before hiring this company.

I hired Traditional Builders to complete my driveway extension after I dug out the area, set the forms and put in the 4 inches of gravel. The representative reviewed the area and provided a cost to complete the job. He only recommended adding a few stakes to shore up the forms but said everything else looked good. He did not suggest or recommend any additional preparation before the concrete was poured. After the concrete was poured, one of the crew was not feeling well and they left the concrete unfinished stating they would return in the morning to finish the edges and cut in the lines. When he did not return in the morning I contacted him to ask what time he would return to complete the job, he became verbally abusive using unprofessional language and told me to finish the job myself. I will have to hire someone else to remove the entire extension and have it done right. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
