As a second generation family-owned business, those same values lead our company today. Fayette Heating & Air has been recognized nationally, regionally and locally for both business practices and its community efforts.
"BUYER BEWARE!!!!! This company is all about getting their $99.00 for the estimate, selling you an annual service fee and then quoting exuberant prices. Not really sure if they really care about doing the actual plumbing work. Recently gave me an estimate for a job of $500. Learned later after from another plumber that what they wanted to do was actually not correct AND should have cost no more than $250. Had I used Fayette Heating / H20 Mastero, I would have paid $600 for a job done incorrectly. At least the 99.00 I paid kept me from damaging my house further. There are a lot of reputable plumbers in Lexington. Suggest you look elsewhere"

There's currently a huge rut in my yard which they claim cannot be leveled. The fence they removed in order to dig has not been fixed, and they left a pile of gravel that has since seeped into my yard. AFTER I was billed, I've called them 5+ times with my concerns. Nothing has been completed at this time. I strongly urge anyone considering a plumber to not use Acme Plumbing. They suck."

"They put in new PEX water line to our house . Was fairly big job . backhoe dug trench thru yard . Several guys working on yard as well as new water service connection inside house . Prompt services ,Overall excellent .. Their quote was less than my other bid & After accepting written bid , they came next day or so. We particularly greatly appreciated them hand digging a short segment so as not to damage concrete at driveway ( the other bigger plumber comp bid proposed tear out & repair that section of driveway)..Which saved cost & time they Also helped redo our sump discharge line into the new service line trough, at minimal added cost.. very accommodating &fair"
