So easy to schedule, prompt arrival for our appointment. I received a call the night before our service to be sure he had the right directions. Carpets are clean and smell great! Owner is a very friendly.

They are so incredibly friendly! They were also on time, speedy, And managed to get out 4 years of life (dogs, cats, and moving) from our sofas. They look like new now! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I called Kevin on the recommendation of a neighbor who's used Better Carpet Care a number of times. When called, Kevin provided an estimate for the area I needed cleaned and stuck to it. He and his son arrive promptly as scheduled and did an excellent job cleaning a dirty carpet. Kevin also did scotch guard protection. All in all a great experience.

My employer has used Better Care for a few years and I decided to use him for our home. I have used this company three times now. Kevin is the owner and he is very courteous and professional. When he comes into our home he checks out our carpet for us and looks for any signs of wear or areas that we could improve on. For example this last time he noticed that one of our carpet strips was broken (the metal piece that goes between the carpet and the tile floor.) He told us what to do to fix it and where to get the product. I believe he extends the life of my carpet by his care. I have used Stanley Steamer in the past as well as other local companies. Kevin at Better Care gives the quality cleaning service of a national company with the care and better pricing of a local company. I would highly recommend him to anyone!
