 + -1 moreThey never followed up with a quote or a returned phone call. 3 months later I contacted them again to come back out. A 2nd appointment was set and they never showed up. I called them a 3rd time and they came out again. Still no quote nor response from their visit. I will take my business elsewhere to a company that appreciates doing business in the community.
Description of Work: This company came out to my house on 2 occasions to provide an estimate to install new ducting in my home. I never recieved a call back nor a estimate either time. Punctuality is poor. Responsiveness is an F. If you buy from them, they will more than likely never show back up for any problems or services. I do not recommend doing business with this company.
