Terminix - Somerset -Termite & Pest Control

We have been very happy with them. They come quarterly. We always communicate when they come and he will do whatever I sort of ask him to do. He will do his general thing and if I have additional things he will do the additional if need be.

I started using this service in July 2014, and they have completely controlled my pest problem. I am on every 2 month followup. They are punctual, professional, and I couldn't ask for a better company or staff to deal with. You will NOT go wrong if you use this company.

The work was fine. There are no concerns. We have used them for several years. They don't interfere, it is non interfering with your day. They usually do it when we are not home, in which case they don't do the garage. My only concern is the price.

They did a good job on coming around spraying, but they got things tangled up with pricing. I had some issues with them. I didn't like them. The quality is fair. I don't mean that other people will not like them but I didn't.

I called the number that I got off of the website, which was on a Saturday. A lady at the call center answered and I explained to her that that I killed a large spider in my kitchen and when I did hundreds of babies ran everywhere. I told her I needed someone to come and spray ASAP and didn't care about the cost. The cost, However, was not the problem. She said she could have someone there between 1 and 3 pm. it was about 11:30 so I thought that was fine since it was Saturday. I get a phone call right after I get off the phone from a man that says he is close by and could be here in 20 mins. After 3 calls of him being lost, which I gave him directions all 3 times. (who doesn't have gps on their phone in this day and age?) this guy because he had a flip phone from 1990. Once he pulled in my driveway in his personal car. I come to realize they sent a salesman instead of a tech to spray which over the phone she never mentioned. This guy then starts to try and sell me services I don't need and tell me how dirty my house is. He even tried to tell me I had bed bugs which was small splatters of WHITE paint on my floor from me painting my ceiling. He measured my house outside using a wheel and added 5' to all four sides. Ive measured my house for gutters so I know the dimensions. he then tired to sell me all kinds of vapor barriers and tell me that my wood is rotten in my crawl space because of its color. NO! its that color because its from the 60s. He then said that someone would contact me on Monday to set up an appointment. Hew then said I have to sign up for a quarterly payment of $160 but didn't know when someone could be out to spray. Long story short go to Walmart and buy $100 worth of spider killer and it will last you years.

Goode experience from start to finish

I started using them becuase I had a flee problem and when I called they were going to come out that same night, and take care of it. I went with there monthly plan. Its decent for people that travel.

I would recommend them if you have extreme issues. I did not so I didn't use them. They were really persistent with trying to get me to sign up. They were really trying to push the sale on me.

We are happy with them. They come every three months and they treat our house for termites. They have always done well with us. They are here when they say they will be here and they do a good job. There are no bugs now.

It is effective, but you need to be careful with their terminology. We had a misunderstanding with my termite problem. They made it sound like the total was not going to be very much, but it was $1900. We settled on paying half of it because of the miscommunication.

They sprayed the outside of my home during the winter and left me bills. They did this when I wasn't home. I don't know why they would come out and spray when the ground is frozen.

I do not like them. They told us that we had mold on our home. We found that we had no mold. I waited 3 days for them to come out.

They have free range of appointments. They send different person each time. I would use them in the future.

The guy I've got is very good. He takes care of the ants, he comes inside if I need it and he puts out ant traps if I need it. He sprays outside. he doesn't come if it's raining because he said it's a waste of time because it needs to sit for 2 hours. I can call him to come early or to come between services if needed.
