The unit ran till next afternoon and then would not kick on. They came back on 10th it was the pump on furnace. They compesated for visit on the 9th since not fixed. Friendly professional and fast to help.

I felt they were great. Very professional, very timely and very cost sensitive. That was a second home, a lake home for us, we were out of town, but he went back and checked on the property even when we weren't there. He took that upon himself to make sure everything was working. We didn't have to order an expensive part. It was a Friday night, so it was pretty awesome.

They were always prompt, courteous, and eager to work me in their busy schedule. I originally called them bc my first HVAC guy said I needed a new unit: $5,000!!!! Within 15 minutes, Strack figured out it was the capacitor and something else that I don't remember. Their $100 bill was much better than the $5,000 the other guys were asking. Their honesty won my respect!! They've never let me down since. Once, when confronted with a puzzling situation, the whole team came to my house! They spent 2 hrs examining the unit, trying diff things, prowling through my 120 degree attic but still couldn't figure it out. They refused to take any money whatsoever from me bc they didn't fix the problem!!!! Now that screams honesty in my book!!! I'd definitely call them again!!!

They were very prompt, brought about 4 men and they were finished by noon. He also brought old quilts and spread on the floor where they were coming in and out of the house. Left my house clean, no tracking on floors...
