Description of Work: I originally asked to fix a short in our system but they told meme their charge just to come out and then I would be charged every 15 minutes until they found the problem plus I would have to pay for all parts as well. Their response when the alarm triggered was slow so I decided to cancel my service with them and went with ADT. The monthly charge is a little more but so is the service you get.
